Savills Bolsters Residential Projects Team

Savills Melbourne office has further bolstered its growing residential projects team with the appointment of Sales Executive, Melissa Farina.
Ms Farina joins Savills following a strong history of successful residential sales over more than 10 years in Melbourne, bringing with her an extensive knowledge of the dynamic Melbourne apartment market in particular.
Savills State Director Residential Projects, Joseph Catanese, said he was very pleased to have been able to appoint a candidate with such highly regarded credentials.
“Melissa has a proven track record in sales particularly within Melbourne’s apartment market which has seen quite dramatic change over the last few years.
“Her knowledge, experience and contacts will be invaluable as the team grows to meet the increasing demand for inner-city living,” Mr Catanese said.
Ms Farina will be based at the firm’s 140 William Street office but will also work from Savills various project display suites around Melbourne.
