Savills Appoints London Operative

Savills Australia’s Melbourne Office Leasing division has appointed former London-based operative Nik Dennis to its Melbourne team as Associate Director Office Leasing.

Mr Dennis, previously a Director of Residential Leasing in Savills London office, joins Savills Melbourne office after ten years in the industry including several years with Marsh & Parson, also London-based.

Savills Victorian Director Office Leasing, Mark Rasmussen, said Mr Dennis’s appointment was a welcome addition to the team.

“Nik brings a wealth of knowledge to our business, 10 years’ experience of providing excellent service to Savills customers and an international perspective,” Mr Rasmussen said.

Operating from Savills 140 William Street office, Mr Dennis will focus on leasing opportunities within the CBD.
