Warehouse Leased in 2 weeks

Alliance Geotechnical Pty Ltd, on-site geotechnical and environmental specialists, have leased 10 Welder Road, Seven Hills in a deal brokered by Savills Australia.

According to Savills agents Adam Micola and Moshe Greengarten who brokered the deal, the property was snapped up within two weeks of being launched to the market on a three year lease at $120 per square metre net, equating to $118,440 per annum.

“There is strong demand in western Sydney for well-located functional facilities” said Moshe Greengarten. “This leasing result represents a sound rate per square metre and zero vacancy exposure for the land lord.”

10 Welder Road is a freestanding office / warehouse facility with a combined 987 square metre floor area and 16 parking spaces.  The warehouse has a dual roller shutter door and container storage area.

The facility is located within the Seven Hills industrial precinct with excellent access to the M2 Motorway and all other major arterial roads.
