Group of three hotels in Italy sold to local hospitality fund through joint agent Savills and Christie & Co

Specialist hotel property adviser, Savills and joint agent Christie & Co , are delighted to announce the sale of three hotels in Italy – the Holiday Inn Naples, My One Hotel Bologna and Hotel Villa Ducale Parma, to Italian hotel operator, CHC Holding S.P.A.

Comprising a total of 535 bedrooms across the three properties, the transaction represented a unique opportunity to acquire a portfolio of three business hotels, which offer to the end-user buyer strong value-add opportunities in terms of repositioning, asset management and consolidation into the Italian market.
