Crossbay acquires 25,514 sq m warehouse in Almere, the Netherlands

Crossbay has acquired a new distribution centre from AB Alternative Fund SICAV-SIF, a Luxembourg-based real estate investment fund managed by Arab Bank Switzerland’s asset management department, which is managed by Savills Investment Management.

The 25,514 sq m property has been leased to e-commerce specialist 123inkt.nl on a long-term basis. The asset is strategically located in Almere, the Netherlands, along the A6 highway and is close to other road networks including the A1 and A27. It was built in 2003 and expanded in 2007. It has an energy EPC A label, 20 docks, 280 parking slots and clear height of up to 12 metres.
