Cortona Investments acquires commercial property in Almere, The Netherlands, from M7 Real Estate

Cortona Investments has acquired commercial property, Hefbrugweg 6 & 6A, from M7 Real Estate for an undisclosed price. The building is located in Almere, in the centre of the Netherlands; one of the fastest growing municipalities in the country.

The property has a floor area of approximately 3,302 sq m of commercial and office space and is fully let to Alfen, a listed company. The estate is located on a plot of approximately 11,000 sq m, which provides space for outdoor storage, the entry and exit of cargo as well as parking.

The acquisition is part of Cortona Investments’ investment strategy of building a sustainable long-term portfolio of light industrial real estate. Cortona Investments was legally advised by Holdinga Matthijssen Kraak, commercially advised by Savills and technically advised by CBRE. 1530 Real Estate and 3Stone Real Estate commercially assisted seller M7 Real Estate.
