Real I.S. leases 7,080 sq m in Moerdijk, the Netherlands

Real I.S. has signed a new lease agreement with Van Caem Klerks Group, an international trading house consisting of five all-round import and export divisions, at Logistic Boulevard 11 in Moerdijk, the Netherlands. The lease agreement comprises approximately 7,080 sq m, consisting of 6,069 sq m of industrial space, 638 sq m of office space and 373 sq m mezzanine.

The Logistic Boulevard 11 was constructed in 2016 and is situated at business park Moerdijk in the centre of West-Brabant. The strategic positioning of this site, in close proximity to highways A17 and A59 as well as the inland port of Moerdijk, renders it a particularly suitable location for logistics companies.
