Savills has been appointed as the new manager of the Dutch HIH portfolio

Savills has been instructed by HIH Benelux as the property manager for the remaining part of the Dutch property portfolio. This portfolio includes approximately 98.500 sq m of high-quality office space spread across Amsterdam, including EDGE West on Basisweg. Savills already manages two logistics properties for HIH Benelux, including the distribution centre of well-known e-commerce company Zalando. With this latest instruction a further two logistics properties will be added, including the Breda distribution centre and a logistics property in Zwolle. The distribution centre in Breda was recently acquired by HIH and compromises approximately 21.000 sq m. Both locations feature new logistics facilities with a focus on innovation and a comprehensive integration of sustainability into the buildings.
