Savills appointed as property manager on Ares Management portfolio

Savills Property Management team in the Netherlands has recently been commissioned by ARC Real Estate to manage a portfolio for Ares Management. The portfolio totals approximately 100,000 sq m, including buildings at Borchwerf in Roosendaal, Hazeldonk in Breda and Edisonweg in Zeewolde.

Abe Jongbloed, Head of Property Management at Savills in the Netherlands, says: "Savills has been working with ARC Real Estate for many years, managing several portfolios on their behalf, including an comprehensive logistics portfolio. We are therefore delighted that ARC Real Estate has entrusted us with the management of this Ares portfolio, which has already grown significantly in a short period of time and is expected to grow in the future."

With the appointment as property manager of this portfolio the Savills Property Management department manages a total over 3 million sq m.
