Dudok Real Estate leases approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of industrial and office space in Oud Gastel to ADEXPO

Dudok Real Estate has signed a long-term lease agreement with ADEXPO for the lease of the industrial and office space at Rietschotten 7 in Oud Gastel. The property consists of approximately 12,723 m² of industrial space, approximately 872 m² of office space and approximately 1,518 m² of mezzanine, as well as 92 parking spaces located on site. The property will be completed in Q3 2024.

The Rietschotten location in the Municipality of Halderberge is strategically situated with excellent accessibility. This new development is in close proximity to major highways, providing direct connections to the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam.
