Savills supported AEW with the letting to DSV solutions of a 38,500 sqm logistics asset in the East Milan area

Savills supported the lease transaction between AEW and DSV Solutions, the world's third largest player specialising in logistics and transport solutions, of a logistics asset in the municipality of Calvenzano (BG), East Milan macro-area.
The new logistics warehouse is very well accessible and strategically located, just 35 kilometres from Milan city centre and 5 kilometres from the A35 BreBeMi motorway, "Treviglio" exit.

The property, BREEAM certified, provides a total GLA of 38,500 sqm and meets all the standards required by the modern logistics market, with a height under beam of 11 meters, 36 loading bays, ESFR / NFPA sprinklers and a floor capacity of 5 t/sqm. The adequate number of parking spaces for cars and trucks, the perimeter circulation and the depth of the square of 35 meters guarantee an excellent movement of goods.
