ZEEKR finds new European headquarters in Amsterdam’s South Axis district

Real I.S. has signed a long-term lease agreement with international innovative car brand ZEEKR, which will launch its first electric vehicles for the Dutch market in autumn 2023. ZEEKR is part of the Chinese Geely Group, which also includes the brands Volvo, Lynk & Co and Polestar.

The company will lease approximately 2,466 sq m of office space and 33 parking spaces at the Jachthavenweg, part of the Zuiderhof Pavillions, in Amsterdam’s South Axis district, where the business will establish its European headquarters. Following this agreement, Jachthavenweg 112 is now fully let.

Bas Sijbom, Co-Head of Leasing in Amsterdam at Savills in the Netherlands, explains the firm’s role: "This former ABN/Mees Pierson office has recently been completely renovated by our Building & Project Consultancy department and we have also been responsible for its property management for several years. We were therefore delighted to advise Real I.S. on this latest letting to ZEEKR and ultimately the repositioning of Jachthavenweg 112, also knowns as Harbour House."

Real I.S. recently fully renovated Jachthavenweg 112 and made it more energy-efficient, achieving an A energy label. Real I.S. acquired the Jachthavenweg 112, as part of the three Zuiderhof Pavilions, in 2017 for the BGV VII Europa Fund.
