Meledi signs two lease agreements in Tilburg and The Hague, the Netherlands

Meledi, the hospitality wholesaler, has signed two new lease agreements with M7 Real Estate in Tilburg and The Hague in the Netherlands.

The first lease is for approximately 2,400 sq m of business space at Charles Stulemeijerweg in the business park Het Laar in Tilburg. It also includes an outdoor area of approximately 5,000 sq m. Het Laar is home to several companies and business service providers.

The second lease for approximately 2,800 sq m of business space is at the Linge in The Hague. The entire plot measures approximately 7,500 sq m. Located within the Forepark industrial estate in The Hague it is easily accessible via both the A12 and A4 motorway and by public transport.
