Freightliner pl renews its lease in International Business Center

Freightliner PL provides cross-border rail freight services between Poland and Germany and within the two countries using modern rolling stock. It is a large, innovative and dynamic company and a member of the global Genesee & Wyoming Group, whose majority shareholder is Brookfield, a leading investment fund. It has been present in Poland since 2007. Its office occupies an entire floor in International Business Center B, ul. Polna 11.

“We highly value the prime location of our office, so we decided to extend our lease for a couple of years. The IBC, along with nearby facilities, is a perfect fit for the needs of our employees, clients and suppliers,” says Krzysztof Wróbel, Management Board Member, Freightliner PL.

Savills is the sole letting agent for office space in the IBC. The landlord was advised during the lease transaction process with Freightliner PL by Monika Wakulska and Tomasz Stromidło from Savills.

The International Business Center (IBC) is a Class A+ complex of two buildings with a combined office area of over 36,000 sq m. Its anchor tenants include PwC. The IBC is located in Warsaw, near Politechnika metro station, enjoying easy access to the city centre and other districts. The owner of the property is real estate fund Deka Immobilien.
