Savills recruits Alexander Glavas as cross border retail director

Alexander joins Savills from a retailer background, having previously undertaken roles at Aesop and H&M where he was responsible for store expansion across existing and new markets.
In his new role at Savills, Alexander will provide clients with a true cross border retail advisory service, predominantly with a European focus. He will work alongside retailers on store locations and expansion strategies, as well as supporting on landlord instructions to provide both consultancy and transactional real estate advice.

He speaks their language and can identify opportunities across different markets, having built robust relationships throughout both mass market and aspirational luxury.
