New lease agreement for HNK Amsterdam Schinkel

NSI has signed a lease agreement with ComplianceWise at HNK Amsterdam Schinkel, located at Anthony Fokkerweg 1 in Amsterdam. The lease agreement comprises 295 sq m office space.

ComplianceWise helps the financial world to adhere to compliance rules and regulations through SAAS-based solutions. ComplianceWise has previously established their business within the Schinkel area and their relocation is the next step for ComplianceWise to accommodating future next steps of the company.  

Bas Sijbom, Co-Head Leasing at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “The Schinkel offers ideal locations for office space, being located nearby the highways, Schiphol Airport and the Vondelpark. The building is provided with energy label A and BREEAM classification ‘Very Good’, which is beneficial for tenants looking at their carbon footprint and energy efficiency. In addition, this building is attractive to tenants because of its good accessibility on the one hand and the facilities of the HNK concept on the other, from comfortable workplaces and office spaces to a nice coffee bar and a warm welcome from the HNK manager.
