Savills to manage 22 reatil assets for PATRIZIA in Germany

As of 1 January 2023, PATRIZIA SE has appointed Savills to manage 22 of its retail properties spread across Germany. The Bell portfolio comprises c. 46,500 sq m of lettable space and includes supermarkets, retail parks and shopping centres.

Savills is also managing the shopping centres. Bell portfolio tenants feature various well-known retailers including Rewe, Kaufland, Lidl, TEDI and dm.
