Savills to manage 18 logistics properties for P3 across Germany with around 537,000 sq m

The long-standing developer of European logistics properties, now owned by Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC, is handing over management to the international real estate advisor in two stages.

Savills started managing 14 properties with a total area of 350,000 sq m on 1 February 2023.  The company will take on the management of four further properties from 1 July 2023 with a total area of 187,000 sq m. Tenants include 43 national and international logistics companies.
