CBRE Investment Management divests Otto residential portfolio to Rubens Capital Partners

The Otto portfolio comprises a total of eight residential complexes totalling 17.000 sq m divided into 60 single-family dwellings and 109 apartments. The complexes are spread across the country in Utrecht, The Hague, Terneuzen, Oisterwijk, Haren, Rijen, Beuningen and Kaatsheuvel.

During the sale CBRE IM was commercially advised by Savills and legally by Lexence. Rubens Capital Partners was legally advised by Core Notariaat.
