Bureau Zuidema acquires office building at NDSM, Amsterdam, to open a second training location

The office is part of project BinnenDok at the NDSM-yard in the northern part of Amsterdam. Following the House of Influence (HOI) in Hotel De Bilderberg in Oosterbeek, the training institute will open a second training location in the acquired building in early 2023.

It makes our 60th anniversary this year extra special.”

Project BinnenDok
In the heart of the NDSM shipyard project BinnenDok is being realised. Alexander Kimmel, Associate Director MidCap Investment at Savills in the Netherlands, says: "The northern part of Amsterdam is developing rapidly and project BinnenDok is a good example of that trend. The former shipyard is making way for a mixed use area that will be the new home of Bureau Zuidema.
