Peruvian Connection rents business space in Aalsmeer, The Netherlands

Peruvian Connection has signed a lease agreement for 1,380 sq at FA. Wenstraat 11 – 15 in Aalsmeer. The lease concerns business space that will be used for the distribution of clothing from Peru to Europe.

Caroline van Duren, Consultant Tenant Representation at Savills in the Netherlands, explains: “Soon after Brexit, my colleague Niek Poppelaars, Co-Head Logistics & Industrial, predicted that the Netherlands could well reap the benefits of Brexit, and the associated higher shipping costs, VAT and port delays. The relocation of Peruvian Connection's European distribution to the Netherlands is such an example of a Brexit-driven relocation.”
