Union Investment signs deal with Wipro in UN Studio, Amsterdam South Axis

Union Investment Real Estate GmbH has signed a new lease agreement with the Indian multinational Wipro Limited in UN Studio. The transaction comprises approximately 651 sq m.

Savills has provided Union Investment Real Estate GmbH with commercial advice and is also responsible for the property management of the building. Tenant Wipro Limited was assisted by Cushman & Wakefield.

Wipro Limited is a leading global provider and specialist in IT, consulting and business process services.
