Three Czech CPI Property Group buildings awarded LEED international environmental certification

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a globally recognised certification scheme with a rapidly growing number of certifications that examines five main areas: sustainable site development, water conservation, energy efficiency, material selection and indoor environmental quality.

The buildings myhive Jungmannova and myhive Jindřišská have been awarded LEED Gold certification, while the Na Příkopě building has achieved the highest certification - LEED Platinum.

Savills carried out the certification of all three buildings and supported the client in all aspects of the process.
