New tenants at Morski Retail Park

Construction of the new building is nearing completion. The stores will open once all the fit-out work on the tenants’ premises have been carried out.

“Once the new tenants have moved in, the retail park will offer a wider choice of products, making the location even stronger retail destination for all kind of customers. They will provide wide range of furnishing articles, including floor and doors as well as products for kitchens and bathrooms. The newly-constructed building is now being commercialised and will soon see more tenants signing up,” says Monika Janczewska-Leja, Head of Retail Advisory & Transactions, Savills.

Morski Retail Park is located in Przywidzka Street in Gdansk, in the immediate vicinity of the Tricity ring-road. Following its extension, its floorspace will increase from the current 24,500 sq m to 41,000 sq m. Current tenants of Morski Park Handlowy include OBI, Carrefour and Jula. Neighbouring retailers are Designer Outlet Gdansk and Agata furniture store. The owner of the scheme is GRP.
