International IT company opens an office in Poznań

Mobica is a world-leading software service company, providing innovative services for connected and collaborative devices. Mobica offers bespoke development, QA and consultancy. The company works across the full software lifecycle and across the entire software stack from reference platforms through to UI/UX. Mobica office in Poznań will be one of company’s eleven world's research and development centers. The company will occupy a total of four floors in the Temida building.

Temida is a small-scale office project located in the very center of Poznań. The leasable area of the facility is approximately 2,325 sq m. The building is dedicated to tenants who value the central location, interesting architecture and practical technical solutions. Temida has eight floors and an underground garage. There is a terrace on the seventh floor. Wechta is the owner of the building. Savills is an exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the project.
