AaBe Fabriek shopping development in Tilburg, the Netherlands, nominated for Dutch Council of Shopping Centres Award

Savills Investment Management, Rialto Vastgoedontwikkeling and Savills have announced that the Dutch Council of Shopping Centres (NRW) have nominated the AaBe Fabriek in Tilburg, the Netherlands for the prestigious NRW Annual Award 2017.

The AaBe Fabriek comprises 30,000 sq m of retail space and was developed in three phases. Phase one (2014) comprises approximately 6,000 sq m, fully let to anchor tenants Jumbo, Lidl, Zeeman and Kruidvat.  Phase two (2016) comprises 18,000 sq m with tenants including Blokker Holding (including brands Blokker, Xenos, Intertoys, Leen Bakker and Big Bazar), Beterbed, BCC, BeddenReus, HACO, Boonman, Jetts and Buitenhof. Phase three (2017) of approximately 8,000 sq m was recently delivered and leased to Profijt Meubel, Swiss Sense and Henders & Hazel.

This unique retail development has been created in the historic factory complex of former textile manufacturer AaBe.
