Savills advises the NPD GROUP Inc on leasing in Paris La Defense

International real estate advisor Savills has advised global market research company, The NPD GROUP Inc., on the leasing of approx 1,500 m² within the Ariane Tower in Paris’s financial district.

Located in the heart of the La Défense forecourt, the tower is owned by UNIBAIL-RODAMCO and comprises 36 floors. It has recently been refurbished and is constantly being reinvented to adapt to more modern ways of working. This includes the recent introduction of a Groom box, a French concierge concept,  plus some innovative catering space.

In addition to the transaction management, Savills has also been appointed by The NPD GROUP INC to project manage this space.
