Tribes signs 2,400 sq m lease in SOM building - Amsterdam South Axis

Union Investment has signed a new lease agreement in the SOM building on the Amsterdam South Axis. The agreement concerns approximately 2,400 sq m in total.

New tenant Tribes offers inspiring offices, communal space, meeting rooms and workplaces, equipped with high-tech materials and amenities to simplify business life, such as dry-cleaning and shoe repair service. This is the tenth location of Tribes, other locations include Amsterdam Amstel, Amsterdam South Axis, The Hague, Rotterdam, Capelle aan de Ijssel, Utrecht Central Station, Eindhoven and Brussels.

The SOM building (18,000 sq m) is located at the Claude Debussylaan 32-48 in Amsterdam. The ground floor of the building includes various commercial areas, each with their own entrance. Tribes will run the reception and facilities of the entrance SOM 2.

In addition, we thought that the final free contiguous square meters of the South Axis deserved a five-star operator as Tribes Inspiring Workplaces.”
