Savills expands agency team in The Netherlands with logistics experts

International real estate advisor Savills has recruited two logistics specialists to strengthen its agency team in The Netherlands. Niek Poppelaars and Douglas van Oers, both with over ten years of industry experience, join Savills as associate directors responsible for industrial agency services.
 
As a senior property advisor at a global real estate firm, Niek Poppelaars specialised in the industrial and logistics sector. Douglas van Oers was previously employed as a commercial manager at David Hart Group, where he focused on asset management, leasing services and advising on sales and acquisitions of industrial and logistics property. Earlier in his career he worked within the industrial team at DTZ.
 
The new recruits will work alongside Savills experts in capital markets, property management and building & project consultancy teams.
