Savills advises International Bike Group B.V. on 8000 sq m lease agreement

DHG and International Bike Group B.V. (IBG) have agreed to expand the existing lease contract with approx. 3,000 sq m of warehouse space and approx. 284 sq m of office space. Also, the existing lease agreement was extended early.

With this expansion IBG B.V. now leases 8,212 sq m at the Gyroscoopweg 6 in Amsterdam, consisting of 6,995 sq m of warehouse space and 1,217 sq m of office space. IBG B.V. was advised by Savills.

With the signed lease agreement with IBG B.V. there is approx. 5,500 sq m of business space still available at the Gyroscoopweg 6 in Amsterdam.

Erik Beekman, associate director tenant representation Savills Netherlands says: “This early lease extension and expansion will accommodate IBG’s rapid growth for the coming years, and the additional flexibility in time and size make this a very successful transaction.”

International Bike Group is a bicycle retailing group. IBG operates multiple retail labels (including Fietswinkel.nl) with a strong focus on the Dutch market.
