Savills advises Rockcastle Global Real Estate on acquisition of Bonarka City Center, Poland

Savills has advised Rockcastle Global Real Estate on the acquisition of Bonarka City Center in Cracow, for EUR 361 mln. The fund has signed a preliminary agreement with Trios Dutch Holdings – the owner of the shopping center controlled by TriGranit (TPG).

It is very likely to be the largest single property investment transaction in Poland this year. ”

Bonarka City Center was opened in November 2009. The investment is located in Cracow, in the Podgorze district, between the streets Kamieńskiego and Puszkarska. The shopping center consist of 270 units, including the anchors such as Leroy Merlin, large cinema gigaplex Cinema City, more than 30 restaurants and provides 3 200 free parking spaces. The usable area is ca. 91 000 sq. m.
