Real I.S. buys 'Huys Europa' from Hummingbird

Real I.S. has bought the building ‘Huys Europa’ in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from Hummingbird B.V.*. The acquisition comprises approximately 6,130 m² of office space and 102 parking spaces.

City Center
The Huys Europa building is situated in the City Center of Amsterdam at a prime office location at the IJ river, within walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station. Built in 2004 and refurbished in 2015, the modern office building with an Energy label A+ is located in a vibrant mixed-use area in the core of central Amsterdam offering a magnificent view over the surrounding area and the waterfront.

Fully leased
Huys Europa is fully leased and houses a total of four tenants; Funda Real Estate, Holland & Barrett, Warner Bros and Indeed.

Zenith Portfolio
Huys Europa is part of the Zenith Portfolio. Goldman Sachs and Valad Europa acquired the Zenith portfolio in February of this year.
