Acibadem Rents 3,600 Sq M Of Office Space In Amsterdam

Savills advised a foreign investor on a new long term lease agreement at the Arlandaweg 100 in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. The agreement concerns approximately 3,600 sq m of office space and 40 parking places.

New tenant Acibadem International Medical Center B.V. is one of the leading institutions in Turkey in the field of private healthcare services. This will be their first medical center in Western Europe, offering outpatient treatment.

With this transaction the building is almost fully let. The other tenant of the Arlandaweg 100 is GVB, a Dutch public transport company offering their services in Amsterdam and surrounding towns.

In this transaction the landlord was advised by Savills.
