Urban Industrial Buys Van Der Madeweg 39, 53-57 In Amsterdam

Urban Industrial has bought the industrial estate on the van der Madeweg 39, 53-57 in Amsterdam from a German fund. The complex is strategically situated at the Amstel Business Park, in close proximity to  several other properties previously acquired by Urban Industrial.

The property comprises a total floor area of approx. 25,000 sq m and is fully let. Anchor tenant is Sligro Food Group NV. Other tenants include Voskamp Groep, Howden Keukens and Retif Holland.
