Savills appointed to manage two Marathon portfolios in The Netherlands

Affiliates of MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP (“MCAP”)* have appointed international real estate advisor Savills to manage two property portfolios in The Netherlands.

The Phoenix and Maxima portfolios together comprise  33 units across the country, with a total floor area of 256,653 sq m. The Phoenix portfolio includes 19 offices with a total floor area of ​​118,653 sq m and the properties are owned by Bryant Park Netherlands Acquisition I BV. The Maxima portfolio consists of 14 offices with an overall  floor area of circa 138,000 sq m.

This appointment builds on our existing relationship with MCAP across Europe as we currently manage sizeable property portfolios for them in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Our pan-European valuation team has also advised the global fund.”
