Vollack baulnvest GmbH sells Hochheim office development to Treuhandverwaltung Igement GmbH

Treuhandverwaltung IGEMET GmbH has acquired a 4,000 sq m office building, let to Tetra Pak GmbH & Co KG, at Frankfurter Straße 85 in Hochheim am Main. The vendor was Vollack bauInvest GmbH, based in Karlsruhe, which specialises in the custom development, project management and letting of commercial property. Leading real estate advisor Savills exclusively advised on and negotiated the sale. Details of the purchase price have not been disclosed.

The single-tenant, cube-shaped commercial property provides approx. 4,000 sq m over two floors. Tetra Pak GmbH & Co KG, the leading manufacturer of processing and packaging systems, including cartons for milk and juices, leased the property in June 2015 to satisfy a requirement for new space. Design, planning, fit-out and investment were left in the hands of the Vollack Group.

The office space in the property is conducive to flexible layout, whether as open-plan workspace, combi-offices or cellular offices. The modern workspace is characterised by an open layout enabling short lines of communication and can be adapted to individual work processes. The space provides 150 workstations as well as various meeting areas for exchange and discussion, a spacious canteen and a conference area fitted out to modern standards. All areas can be flexibly structured, enabling more effective communication and improved work processes.
