International real estate advisor Savills has strengthened its investment team in Poland with three new appointments. Marek Paczuski has assumed the role of director, while Karolina Wójcik and Jan Wałach have joined as consultants.

Marek Paczuski has more than 11 years experience in investment advisory and joins from Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) where he was in charge of capital markets. Marek was involved in some of the most high profile investment transactions of recent years, including advisory to CBRE Global Investors on the acquisition of 61,900 sq m Sfera Shopping Center in Bielsko-Biala in the Silesia Region, Poland in 2015. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and University of Reading where he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Investment.

Jan Walach and Karolina Wójcik have been recruited to reinforce the investment team as consultants and both joined from Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) capital markets department. Jan and Karolina have respectively four and three years of experience in investment advisory and both graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Michał Ćwikliński, Director of Investment at Savills Poland, says: “I am very pleased to have Marek on board. He has an excellent track record and an outstanding knowledge of the investment market. We also welcome Karolina and Jan who have joined as part of a drive to extend and strengthen our investment advisory offering in Poland.”

Savills Poland investment team last year celebrated a record year when the team advised on 10 commercial sales and acquisitions in Warsaw and regional cities across all property sectors worth circa. EUR 450 million. This recruitment is in line with Savills’ strategy to expand its team in Poland due to an increased demand for its investment expertise.
