Savills appointed to manage Granen's retail portfolio in Sweden

International real estate advisor Savills has been appointed by Swedish company Granen to manage their retail property portfolio and client accounting, which currently consists of 100 properties in 44 entities. The portfolio is spread across Sweden and contains well known retail tenants such as Axfood, ICA, Coop and Systembolaget.

Savills’  contract with estate Granen will initially span over a period of two years, starting from January 1, 2016.
