Savills wins leasing contract for Victoria Tower in Stockholm

Call Tower Invest has appointed international real estate advisor Savills as leasing agents for the 2,000 square meters of vacant office space in the Victoria Tower in Kista, the IT centre north of Stockholm, Sweden. Located next to  the Kistamässan convention centre, Victoria Tower was built in 2011 and has 35 floors - the top ten floors hold offices and the rest of the building is a hotel managed  by Scandic Hotels. The spectacular building stands at 120 meters tall, making it one the highest office buildings in Stockholm.

”The vacancy rate in Kista is relatively high but we have extensive experience and a proven track record of the leasing market in the area,” says Gabrielle Hemmerlind, Head of Leasing at Savills Sweden. “This is an exceptional building and we look forward to working alongside both the municipality and current occupants in driving forward an active campaign to attract the very best tenants at Victoria Tower".
