Savills marks 25 years in Spain with a new office in Barcelona

International real estate advisor Savills this week celebrates a quarter of a century in the Spanish marketplace and marks this occasion with the opening of a new office in Barcelona.

Located in the main business and commercial area of the city, Savills' second office in Spain will be headed up by Arturo Díaz, who has been appointed director and CEO of Savills Barcelona. Arturo has more than 25 years of experience in the market as former head of Catalunya for both CBRE and Hines  He will be responsible for driving the growth of Savills Barcelona business.

Savills new team offers investment consultancy and asset management services; including valuations and project management, under Joan Gutés; and property management and office agency, led by Marie Laure Fenet.

Arturo Diaz comments:  “It is essential for us to deliver a consistently excellent service throughout our international network and the appointment of this experienced team  will enable us to have a strong presence in the local market in order to develop our core business in the city.”
