Leading New York City Workplace Strategist Jamie Feuerborn Tapped as Senior Managing Director, Workplace Studio | North America

NEW YORK CITY (March, 28 2024) – Savills announced the appointment of Jamie Feuerborn, one of the New York region’s leading workplace strategy and design professionals, as Senior Managing Director, Workplace Studio | North America.

Feuerborn, who joins a North American team comprised of 15 workplace and design professionals, including six based in Savills New York City office, brings more than two decades of workplace and design experience to the firm. She will be based at 399 Park Avenue, where she will work closely with Katrina Kostic Samen, Head of Savills Workplace Studio | North America, to provide the firm’s brokers and consultants in the Tri-State region with the expertise clients and prospects seek as they look for unique solutions to complex workplace issues.

“We conducted a thorough search and identified Jamie as the senior professional to fill this critical “point of contact” role for the New York City region. Her academic background, combined with her diverse roles across prestigious firms, has equipped her with a deep understanding of how to strategically align client’s business objectives with physical work environments for optimal performance and employee satisfaction,” said Kostic Samen. “Her approach is always client-centric, focusing on uncovering needs through comprehensive visioning sessions, focus groups, and research.”


Feuerborn brings over 20 years of experience in workplace strategy, project management, and interior design to Savills. She has held various roles at Boeing, Ted Moudis Associates, Perkins+Will, Holzman Moss Architecture, and Inscape. Most recently, at Boeing, where she was a key member of the team leading program and change management activities to drive engagement, standardization and operational excellence across the 2,000 strong Global Real Estate and Facilities organization. While at Boeing she was also part of the Workplace Experience team where she led the workplace strategy for the Boeing Aerospace and Autonomy Center, as well as a key contributor to developing the workplace standards for the enterprise.


At Ted Moudis Associates (TMA), Feuerborn was Principal of Workplace Strategy. In her last five years at TMA, she consulted on over 6.5 million square of agile work environments for clients in financial services, media, technology and product services. Significant projects included workplace consulting and change management projects for Paramount+ (formerly ViacomCBS), Fiserv, Blackstone, AIG, Mazars, TIAA, JPMC, EisnerAmper and Willis Towers Watson.


Feurborn’s experience also includes notable tenures at Inscape, where she held both positions as Director of Workplace Strategy and Director of Sales, Holzman Moss Architecture and Perkins+Will. While at Perkins+Will she consulted for a number of years on the United Nations Capital Master Plan.
