Savills Detroit Increases Footprint at New Location

DETROIT (February 20, 2024) – Savills is pleased to announce the growth and relocation of its Detroit office. The global advisory firm relocated to The Palladium at 213 Hamilton Row in Downtown Birmingham, expanding its footprint from 4,000 to 5,700 square feet.

The Palladium is located within the heart of Downtown Birmingham and was recently renovated to include first-floor retail and 60,000 square feet of office space. The property is within walkable distance to amenities including restaurants and bars, retail, and parking.
