Savills and Veterans Commercial Real Estate Announce Strategic Alliance

NEW YORK (September 21 2023) – Savills, a global leader in commercial real estate, announced today a strategic alliance with Brad Ruther’s Veterans Commercial Real Estate (VCRE), a brokerage certified by the US Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

VCRE’s most recent collaborations with Savills include regional headquarters leases for clients in Orlando, Florida; Irvine, California; and Kansas City, Missouri. Currently, VCRE and Savills are collaborating on significant projects in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Plano, Texas.

He also has an office specialist designation with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
