Zynex Medical Adds Additional Facility to Accommodate Growth

DENVER (June 26, 2023) – Savills represented Zynex Medical in leasing a 41,000-square-foot office and lab facility located at 9555 South Maroon Circle in Englewood. The new facility will accommodate the growth of the company’s Zynex Monitoring Solutions (ZMS) division and is located within a quarter mile of its headquarters at 9655 Maroon Circle in Englewood.

“Zynex has been expanding rapidly as it increases the production of its innovative medical equipment,” said Savills Senior Vice President and market lead Brendan Fisher, who represented Zynex in its real estate strategy. “The company sought additional space to house the office, lab and production facilities and accompanying engineering staff for its monitoring devices that was located near its headquarters. We located a facility totaling over 41,000 square feet that could be renovated to fit the company’s specific production needs and is within walking distance of its headquarters.”

Located in the Meridian International Business Center submarket, 9555 South Maroon Circle is conveniently situated near E-470 and I-25 in Englewood. Zynex will begin occupying its new facilities in July and project management was provided by Savills Associate Director JT Hammett.
