Nixon and Vanderhye Restructures Long Term Office Lease in Arlington, VA

WASHINGTON (May 1, 2023) – Nixon and Vanderhye, a premier intellectual property law firm with a global reach, recently completed a long-term office lease for over 26,000 square feet in Arlington, Virginia’s Ballston neighborhood. The Savills team of Wendy Feldman Block, David Cornbrooks, Steve London, Ken Biberaj, Danielle Ferrari, and Johanna Rodriguez represented the law firm in the lease restructure.
