Savills Hires Whit McCrary, Further Expanding its Tenant Representation Presence in Nashville

NASHVILLE (April 4, 2023) – Savills today announced that commercial real estate veteran Whit McCrary joined as an executive managing director, further bolstering the firm’s tenant representation expertise in the Nashville market.

McCrary brings nearly 30 years of tenant representation and transaction management experience to his new role, joining the Savills Nashville team consisting of Executive Managing Directors David McRae, David Koziak and Tatum Flynn, Associate Director Austin Johnson and Operations Manager Michelle Schreiber.

Prior to joining Savills, McCrary worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he served as a member of the firm’s National Tenant Advisory Group and Legal Sector Advisory Group.

Over his career, Whit has participated in more than $1 billion of lease transactions and over $1 billion of investment sales transactions. He has been recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter, Commercial Real Estate Power Leader, and CRE MVP numerous times throughout his career.
