Savills Adds Tim Dwight as Senior Managing Director in L.A.

LOS ANGELES (February 16, 2023) – Savills today announced that Tim Dwight joined the firm as a senior managing director in Los Angeles, building on the firm’s tenant representation expertise in the Southern California region and supporting clients in the technology and life sciences sectors.

Dwight brings more than 15 years of tenant representation and transaction management experience to his new role. He has worked with a wide array of clients in the biotech, tech, media, entertainment, and advertising industries. Dwight’s professional portfolio of clients includes Armata Pharmaceuticals, Mothership, Supernatural (acquired by Meta), Weedmaps, XYZ Films, and many more.
