MANE USA Acquires Parsippany Property for New HQ

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, announced its representation of global fragrance and flavor design company MANE USA (MANE) in the acquisition of 339 Jefferson Road in Parsippany, New Jersey.

MANE will occupy 70,000 square feet within the 102,000-square-foot property, relocating its U.S. headquarters from Wayne, New Jersey. Two existing tenants of 339 Jefferson Road, Hollister Construction Services and Ascend Laboratories, will remain in the building.

MANE purchased the property for an undisclosed price from Prism Capital Partners (Prism), which recently completed a series of capital improvements to the building including an overhaul of the three-story atrium lobby and upgraded finishes throughout. Prism will fit out MANE’s new headquarters, which will include office, research and lab space, and will build a new cafeteria and fitness center for the company. Situated on five acres, the building offers both underground parking and surface lots.

Savills Studley’s Senior Vice President and Branch Manager Thomas Carragher, Corporate Managing Director Adam Petrillo, Managing Director Filomena Pinto and Assistant Director Christopher Koeck represented MANE in the transaction.

In addition to the high quality of the building and pending buildout, the property had the added benefit of income from the two other tenants in the building.”
