Brendan Fisher Joins Savills Studley’s Rapidly Growing Denver Office

19 April 2017

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, is pleased to announce the return of Brendan Fisher to Savills Studley’s Denver office, where he will serve as a Corporate Managing Director and join the office’s leadership team. Fisher comes to Savills Studley from Cresa Denver, where he has served as the office’s Chairman and Managing Principal since 2014. Before joining Cresa in 2004, Fisher was an Associate Broker at Savills Studley.

Aaron Hafliger and Peter Hoselton, who worked closely with Fisher at Cresa Denver, have also joined Savills Studley’s Denver office as Associate Director and Assistant Director respectively. Assistant Director Tyler Voell also joined the rapidly growing Denver office in April 2017.

“Brendan was the firm’s first hire when I opened our Denver location in 2001, and we have kept in close contact over the years as Brendan has executed a broad range of transactions and established himself as one of the region’s leading tenant advisors” said Savills Studley Executive Vice President, Director and Central Region Lead Rick Schuham. “Known for their tireless advocacy, creative thinking and unyielding professionalism, Brendan, Aaron, Peter and Tyler bring the work ethic and skills ideal for this fast-paced market and required at Savills Studley.”

Fisher has been recognized locally and nationally as a Top Producer for Cresa. His areas of expertise include lease negotiation, strategic facility planning, disposition of corporate property, capital markets and financial analysis. Fisher has represented a diverse range of clients within the Denver metro area and across the country, including Vail Resorts, Kiewit Corporation, Dell Corporation, Eide Bailly, Guild Mortgage, AIMCO and The Shane Company.

In addition to Schuham, Fisher joins industry veterans Todd Roebken and Greg Bante on the Denver office leadership team. Roebken and Bante, along with six other tenant representation advisors on their team joined Savills Studley’s Denver office in early 2017.

“Savills Studley’s entrepreneurial culture and conflict-free business model, combined with the vision, energy and reputation of the Denver office’s leadership team, presented an exciting opportunity that I could not pass up,” said Fisher. “Savills Studley’s commitment to collaborative, best-in-class client services matched only by civic engagement and employee development is reflective of Denver’s values and the city’s most successful businesses. It’s a pleasure to work again with Rick, and I look forward to joining the office’s leadership team in overseeing a market-leading real estate advisory business.”

Aaron Hafliger comes to Savills Studley with over 10 years’ experience in providing tenants expert advisory and innovative real estate solutions. His clients include Oildex, Lewis Bess Williams & Weese, ASF Payment Solutions and SambaSafety. Prior to joining Cresa Denver, Aaron worked for a fixed income services firm in Denver.

Peter Hoselton began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 and joins Savills Studley after a 4 ½ year stint at Cresa. A Denver native, Hoselton is committed to providing creative, conflict-free solutions for his clients across the metropolitan area. In 2016, he received a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global.

Tyler Voell comes to Savills Studley from Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked as an Associate for two years. Voell will serve as an Assistant Director, focusing on business development and analyst support for tenant lease and investment sales transactions in the Denver region. During his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Voell serviced tenants by completing extensive market analysis, marketing reports, property tours, site selection and financial analysis across Denver’s retail, industrial and office market.

The aggressive expansion in the Denver market comes in line with Savills Studley’s recent acquisitions of a number of offices specializing in tenant representation, including groups in Orange County, Charlotte, Seattle, San Jose, Palo Alto and Toronto over the last 24 months. In addition to Denver, the firm has also recently hired several top-performing teams in New York, Dallas, Phoenix and Austin.
