Ingenuity Studios Completes Lease in the Hollywood Media District

Savills Studley and Avison Young announced today that Ingenuity Studios has signed a new lease totaling 10,000 square feet in the Hollywood Media District of Los Angeles.

Avison Young Senior Vice President Gary Berwick, based in the company’s West Los Angeles office, and Craig Newlands, Managing Director at Savills Studley, represented the tenant. The landlord, Snyder Family Trust, was represented by Lee & Associates.

Ingenuity Studios is an artist owned and driven visual effects studio that creates moving images for film, television and advertising. The company committed to a five-year lease and will be located on the second floor of 941 N. Highland Avenue. The creative office space features 18-foot-high bow truss beamed ceilings, a kitchen, large windows and a private entrance.

Ingenuity Studios has outgrown its offices at 1545 Wilcox Avenue in Los Angeles and is nearly quadrupling its footprint in the new location.
